Shrikailasa Uniting Nations for Animal Rights (SK UNAR) is an international non-governmental organization advocating for the rights of all animals - lovingly referred to as “beings” to emphasize their equality with humans.
Mission
SK UNAR will achieve its vision by establishing enlightened ecosystems worldwide that will provide sanctuary for animal beings and provide for their health and welfare through shelters, Goshalas (cow sanctuaries) and nature preserves.
These ecosystems will provide an opportunity to raise awareness in their local communities about the plight of animal beings and the importance of preserving their rights and wellbeing.
Our efforts
SK UNAR offers platform for welfare and propagation of Non Violence (Ahimsa) towards living beings that includes all plants and animals.
We are working to revive all the Vedic and Agamic scriptural understandings of enlightened ecosystems of Hindu Sanathana Dharma that governs life on planet.
We are bringing in the Oneness(Advaita) existential cosmic truth between lives. Bringing transformation needed to establish a world free from all kinds of terrorism against life.

Scope and Objectives
UNAR addresses various issues of welfare not limited to following beings
Encouraging Gaushalas around the world - with theme of Happy Cow –as per vedagamic lines – Ahisma ,and absolute ideal welfare conditions covering all stages of their lives in dairy and end enjoying their retired life worthy for their contribution of life long service to humanity.
Encourage Desi Breed Horses in India , build riding schools to encourage horse keeping and horse riding in the community.
Bringing stricter legislations & vigilance on the welfare of horses maintained, raised for sports, even in the best kept sophisticated stables .
Horses
Enrich and discourage camels being beast of burden from being slaughtered for meat.
Discourage the cruelty faced by Camels
Introduce legislated vigilance governing welfare of camels during transportation and transportations for slaughter.
Camels
Generously adopt the elephants in distress and rescue once in serious trouble and support organizations that help Elephants habitats and cohabitation. Protest poaching , deforestation and encroaching of home grounds of elephants , trophy and legal hunting of elephants by nations.
Elephants
Pigs must be respected for their intelligence and friendliness and removed from being food. All out ban on killing of pigs and rising pigs for meat must be legalized and legislated and closure of all kinds of small, medium ,large and industrial scale farms and slaughter houses for pigs.

Poultry is not meant for our plate. Stop eating all kinds of poultry and discourage industrial scale farming of all types of poultry for meat.
Discourage farming for eggs – which has the opportunity for life hence it is life.

Pets should not be treated as status symbol. Love them as you love yourself.
Enrich public against the violence faced by pets. Voice against the Mercy killing – Euthanasia - there is nothing like peaceful death or painless killing.
Pets
All aquatic beings are life as much as we do. Every organism there have equal rights to live their life their way the way they existed before we attempted to conquer their territories. All kinds of interferences including using them for food is violence against their life and is abuse of the beings born to live in water.
